Coming from a cool site (the vineyard is near Pride), the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deep purple color as well as a primordial bouquet of blue fruits, bay leaf, and classic Spring Mountain wild herbs and scrub brush notes. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and silky, it has building structure, notable complexity, and a great finish. It’s a seriously impressive 2017 that will drink nicely for 15+ years.
