Destemmed. Largely one year old barrels. A glowing purple. A pure and rather concentrated bouquet, showing a significant volume of fruit not yet ready to be expressive. This tightly wound concentration continues on the palate, with a spicy note, this is very backward but I expect it to emerge as something quite exciting much later. Drink from 2025-2029.
