Domaine Nicolas Rossignol Le Clos de Mouches Beaune Premier Cru 2018 750ml

This 1er Cru Pinot Noir is sourced from vines planted in the 1960s on mid-slope terroir, with red, iron-rich soils and lots of alluvial pebbles. The grapes are farmed "lutte raisonnée" (using organic and biodynamic methods), 100% de-stemmed, use indigenous yeast fermentation, minimal punch-downs. Aged for 18 months in barrel (20% new oak).
