The 2017 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Perrieres ter Cru has just a touch of acetone on the nose, more like a lift of VA that complements the vibrant red and blue fruit. This does improve and settle down with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh and vibrant, with fine-grained tannins, a keen line of acidity and mineral tension on the finish.
