This wine is distinguished by its delicacy, lively acidity, expression of pure, subtle fruit, discreet presence of phenols and minimal extraction. The finish skilfully combines the lively freshness of red mountain fruit with the emblematic spicy character of refined Pinot Noir. This wine comes from our parcel called "En Bignon" in Bouze-les-Beaune. From 2020 onwards, it will proudly bear the name "Altitude 421" and the mention of the lieu-dit "En Bignon" on its label.
