David Butterfield Les Boucherottes Beaune Premier Cru 2013 750ml

David Butterfield was born in Canada and moved to Burgundy in 1996, where he fell in love with the place and the wine. He studied viticulture and oenology at the local wine school in Beaune and worked with several prominent producers in Burgundy and New Zealand before starting his own label in 2005. He has a winery in Monthelie, where he sources small parcels of quality grapes from around Beaune and Meursault.
