Based on 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Caravan is very much in the dense, concentrated, structured style of the vintage. Blackcurrants, roasted herbs, cedarwood, chocolate, and graphite all define the aromatics. It's full-bodied, has a dense mid-palate, ripe tannins, and a great finish. It will keep for another 10-15 years or more. Drink 2025-2037.
Rustic and earthy with layers of dark fruit, spices, dark chocolate and licorice. The palate is full-bodied with a textural mouthfeel and firmly framed tannins that lead into a balanced finish. Quite classic. Drink or hold.
