Made with wild yeasts and farmed organically, this unfiltered, 100% Montepulicano sees only twenty minutes of skin before fermentation. The wines are named Q500 (Quota 500) because the vineyards all sit at 500 meters or higher. Light, bright, fruity and herbaceous, serve this with a slight chill.
