Cedar Knoll Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 1.5L

The Cedar Knoll Vineyard is now part of Palmaz Vineyards, resurrected in the late 1990s on the historic property originally established in the 1880s by Henry Hagen, one of Napa’s early pioneering winemakers. The 2016 vintage is approachable now but will benefit from further cellaring through 2028–2035 to develop tertiary complexity. It is full-bodied, tannic, layered dark fruit, smooth finish with aromas and flavors of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco, cedar, spice, earth.
