The 2018 Two Blondes Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon offers layers of complexity on the nose, with a delicate and delightful balance between subtle green, herbal notes and dusty red fruit tones. Medium to full-bodied, the mouthfeel is food-friendly with succulent acidity and balanced tannins. The wine offers flavors of roasted red bell pepper, black raspberry, roasted plums and blackberry reduction, ending with a solid and delightfully lingering finish. The wine rested for 22 months in French oak, 25% new. Over 4,100 bottles were made, and this is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2022. For this price, buy four bottles.
